Whoever left these out can come in tomorrow and collect your 50 burpees.

 

 

WARM UP

3 Rounds of:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

 

WOD

20 Minute AMRAP

500 m Row

Burpees for the amount of time it took you to do the row!

Today's WOD - 5 rounds + 383 meters (kept min 25 burpees during 'rest' period)
