SUNDAY 2-12-2012 and random stuff you should know...
Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 10:28PM Sunday WOD is a make up day. If you missed a WOD from the week, today is a day you can make it up, or if there is a WOD you did and wanted to redo, maybe go Rx'd or use a better strategy today is the day.
As you know, the second floor build out is under way. The showers are almost done and I am hoping they will be operational by the end of the week!
Locker rooms are built and I will be getting the lockers in during the week next week. If anyone doesn't have anything to do some day and wants to take a ride with me, I need to go pick them up. The place is like 1-1/2 hours outside the city.
You've seen some new faces coaching lately as well. Staff right now is me, Justin, David, Tom, Jason and soon will be Danielle and Sophia. Encourage, do not coach. By all means, offer support and cheer your fellow clients on. Do not offer CrossFit instruction to other clients. Please do not do it.
You've also seen Kristina behind the counter as well. She will be helping me run the business.
If you didn't get a swipe card, see one of us to get one and make sure you sign in when you come in.
Make sure that you sign in for classes. I NEED everyone to sign in. I have a limit on the numbers of people that come into any given class for a reason. If we are ever over limit and you didn't sign in, you will not be able to participate, sorry. Many of you have been pretty lax about it.
T-shirts are on the way. So are hoodies and wife beaters.
Next weekend we will be closed as we will be redoing the floor. It is a H U G E job, so we will need to be closed for the weekend to do it. I'll keep you posted as to any developments.

Yesssss to paleo...it's about time
Is a paleo challenge absolutely sans beer? I know the answer Im sure and could sure google it, but I thought Id ask. Yes it matters that much to me.
