Where do I begin?

Register and come in for a Free class!!

Register for a free class on Thursday night or Saturday afternoon. You will be introduced to one of CrossFit’s workouts. Classes are open to everyone regardless of their fitness level or experience.

Jump right in

Don’t want the free class? Sign up for the Essentials course.  This course will show you the “essential” movements of CrossFit—you’ll learn how to properly perform the squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean, bench press, GHD sit-ups, snatch, clean and jerk, handstand push-ups, kettlebell swing, pull-up, box jump, double-under, thruster, rowing on the C2, and many others.

The class size is limited to 8 people and costs $125.00. It is 2 weeks long and prepares you for the WOD classes, and like the name, it is essential before you begin CrossFitting.
