One on one coaching can be useful for a variety of reasons.

Rehabilitating an injury

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and ART practitioner I have rehabilitated a ton of injuries. A combination of neuromuscular re education combined with soft tissue work and proper mechanics will get you back to training faster than anything else.

Extra work on form

It’s the outside eye that every athlete relies upon the coach to see. The subtle nuances in form make all the difference in a lift. If you want some extra coaching on a lift, or just some extra work on whatever you need, a little extra attention never hurt anyone.
